Max W. Hittle retired as a partner from Krieg DeVault in 2012. He was a long-time member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Hittle’s practice encompassed business, corporate and banking litigation at both the trial and appellate levels. His experience included the defense of banks and bank personnel in general banking matters; defense of product liability cases primarily related to the petroleum industry; and general corporate matters. He served on the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Panel for 12 years. Mr. Hittle also represented clients in sports and entertainment law matters. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Hittle served on the Firm's Executive Committee, Chair of its Litigation Practice Group, and as the firm's General Counsel. Mr. Hittle is retired from the practice of law.
