Carla M. Uhlarik is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate & Environmental Practice Group.  She provides counsel to numerous organizations and individuals in the areas of complex commercial real estate transactions, leasing and ownership, landlord and tenant issues, development, land use and zoning, and other general real estate matters.  Ms. Uhlarik has also assisted clients in the areas of entity formation and corporate governance.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Uhlarik worked as a legal assistant for a prominent real estate development firm, and also served as a summer associate at Krieg DeVault before joining the firm full time.
