Krieg DeVault's Real Estate Practice Helps Client Kittle's Furniture Reestablish its Indianapolis Roots

May 16, 2016

Krieg DeVault is proud to announce that Real Estate Practice Group Partner Christopher D. Long represented client Kittle's Furniture in the negotiation of purchase documentation for its repurchase of its Castleton headquarters and primary retail store, as well as handling the organizational matters for the entities involved and assisting in the preparation of the lease and loan documentation.

As a staple in Indianapolis for 84 years, Kittle’s was committed to keeping Indiana as its home, and with help from Krieg DeVault, helped secure the Castleton building back from GE Capital, which purchased the property in 2005. Kittle’s employs around 330 people across Indianapolis, Bloomington and Lafayette with stores in Columbus, Ohio. For more information on Kittle’s, please click here.
