Partner John B. Baxter elected to Krieg DeVault's Executive Committee

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that John B. Baxter has been elected to the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Baxter, a Partner in Krieg DeVault’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice Group, brings more than 18 years of legal experience into his new leadership role with the firm.
“I am honored to serve on the firm’s seven-member Executive Committee—joining an experienced and dedicated group of leaders” said Baxter. “Krieg DeVault has always been known for our commitment to clients and the communities in which we serve. I am looking forward to enhancing the firm’s strengths in the years ahead.”
In late 2014, Krieg DeVault expanded its Executive Committee to focus on client demand and the growing geographic reach of the firm. Baxter will be joined by current Krieg DeVault Executive Committee members Deborah J. Daniels (Managing Partner - Indianapolis), Michael J. Messaglia (Partner - Indianapolis), Thomas N. Hutchinson (Partner - Carmel), Libby Yin Goodknight (Partner - Indianapolis), and Stephen A. Studer (Partner – North Central Indiana).
Mr. Baxter practices in the areas of real estate finance and development. He represents construction and permanent real estate lenders, commercial real estate developers, and developers of multi-family and single-family residential projects.
