Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that attorney, Alexander L. Mounts, has been named Partner within the firm. Mr. Mounts joined the firm as an Associate in 2004 and concentrates his practice in the areas of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and Employee Benefits law.

About Alexander L. Mounts
Alex Mounts is an employee stock ownership (ESOP) and executive compensation attorney who spends a significant amount of his time working with companies, trustees, lenders and sellers on all issues surrounding ESOPs including design and implementation, correction of operation and plan document failures and ongoing advice. His practice is also devoted to executive compensation matters including designing and implementing nonqualified deferred compensation plans and equity and non-equity-based incentive compensation programs for public, private, and not-for-profit companies. He works with these entities on compliance with Internal Revenue Code Sections 409A, 457(f), 280G and 162(m).
