Kate Trinkle Joins Krieg DeVault's Employment and Litigation Practice Groups

Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Kate E. Trinkle has joined the firm’s Employment and Litigation Practice Groups as an Associate. As an integral member of both groups, Ms. Trinkle concentrates her practice on complex employment and civil litigation matters.
Within her practice, Ms. Trinkle primarily advises clients on complex human resource issues and assists employers of all sizes with employment disputes. She also drafts and revises employment related documents for clients across all industries including employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, professional services agreements, severance agreements, employee handbook policies, and restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Trinkle gained professional experience as a quality and regulatory specialist for a healthcare technology management company in Indianapolis. Ms. Trinkle began her legal career with Krieg DeVault as a Summer Associate where she gained extensive experience assisting the firm’s attorneys and clients with various employment, business, and litigation needs.
Ms. Trinkle graduated cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She holds membership in the Society for Human Resources and Management as well as the Indiana State, Indianapolis, and American Bar Associations. Ms. Trinkle is also active in her community, serving as an Alumni Student Ambassador for the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
