Julia A. Carpenter Named Chair of Krieg DeVault's Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Partner Julia A. Carpenter has recently been named as the firm's new Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice Group Chair, where she will lead the firm’s growing team. Ms. Carpenter has been with the firm for nearly 20 years, joining as a partner in 1999. Additionally, Ms. Carpenter serves as Chair of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Her practice is devoted primarily to commercial lending, banking, real estate, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She has over 30 years-worth of experience in commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, construction lending, letters of credit, leveraged acquisitions, real estate financings, subordinated financings, alternative energy financings, LIHTC and HTC financings, and ESOP transactions which require financing.
