Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce the addition of three new Associates – Alexandria M. Foster, Scott C. Frissell, and Ben Vandeventer. Each will represent clients in various practice areas including Health Care Law, Commercial and Real Estate Lending, Public and Municipal Finance, and Tax Law.
ABOUT THE ASSOCIATES
Alexandria M. Foster (Indianapolis Office) - Alexandria M. Foster is an Associate in the Firm’s Health Care Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of regulatory, compliance, licensure, and corporate matters within the health care industry. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Foster worked as a Summer Associate for Krieg DeVault where she gained extensive experience assisting the Firm’s attorneys and clients with various health care and legal business needs. While obtaining her law degree at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, she served as a Certified Legal Intern with the Community Legal Clinic at the law school.
Scott C. Frissell (Carmel Office) - Scott C. Frissell is an Associate in the Firm's Public and Municipal Finance and Tax Practice Groups. Mr. Frissell concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal and governmental law, financing and tax matters, including property tax related matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Frissell served as a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault, and gained additional professional experience through various positions held at Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP, Eli Lilly and Company, Cummins, Inc., Rubin & Levin P.C., and the Indiana Board of Tax Review. Scott attended law school at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Ben Vandeventer (Carmel Office) - Ben Vandeventer is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Lending Group, where he focuses on all aspects of real estate finance and development. Mr. Vandeventer assists lenders in drafting documents associated with real estate acquisitions and development. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Vandeventer worked at the Firm as a Summer Associate, where he gained experience assisting clients on a wide variety of legal issues. While attending law school at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Mr. Vandeventer served as an intern at the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office.
