Michael J. Hooker is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate & Lending Practice Group, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate finance and development. Mr. Hooker represents construction and permanent real estate lenders, commercial real estate developers, and developers of multi-family residential projects. He provides a variety of real estate services to clients, such as drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase agreements, easements, escrow agreements and various other documents needed for the development and or acquisition of property.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Hooker was an Associate at Wooden McLaughlin, LLP where he focused his practice in real estate development and finance. While obtaining his legal degree, Mr. Hooker served as a Law Clerk with Gilday & Associates, P.C. where he researched a wide range of issues primarily in the areas of taxation and estate planning.
