Andrew W. Breck Joins Krieg DeVault's Health Care Practice Group

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Andrew W. Breck has joined the Firm’s Health Care Practice Group as an Associate. Mr. Breck concentrates his practice in the areas of health care law with a focus on supply chain structure and operations, regulatory and compliance issues and fraud and abuse matters.
Throughout his career, Mr. Breck has provided legal services in all aspects of the health care industry to hospital systems, physician groups, and individual medical providers. He has advised health care clients on reimbursement and fraud and abuse matters including analysis of subregulatory guidance and preparation of summary alerts on emerging health care law issues; counseled clients on compliance with Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment regulations; and advised on a variety of other health care matters including provider peer review, labor and employment, and corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Breck served as a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Clinical Procurement at Anthem, Inc. and as a long-time Associate at a health care law firm. He is a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and holds membership in the American Health Lawyers, Indiana Bar, and Indianapolis Bar Associations.
