Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that Michael A. Moffatt Jr. has joined the firm's Litigation Practice as an Associate. Mr. Moffatt primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters and brings extensive experience in legal research and writing to the firm.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Moffatt served as an associate attorney at a Midwest law firm concentrating in insurance defense litigation. He also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Margret Robb in the Indiana Court of Appeals for over 2 years. Additionally, he has served for the Marion Superior Court Division 1, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General and Justice Steven H. David's Chambers for The Supreme Court of Indiana. Mr. Moffatt obtained his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and is admitted to practice in Indiana.
