Timothy M. Harden

Tim Harden’s practice has notably included participation in large asset securitizations, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and proxy contests, leveraged buy-outs, purchases and reorganizations of failing and failed institutions, mutual to stock conversions, special corporate internal investigations, governmental and NASD investigations, enforcement proceedings, settlement negotiations and judicial approval of partial settlement in multi-class, class action securities fraud litigation. He has also served as counsel to a number of companies in connection with special purpose public financings. Mr. Harden has been actively involved in many asset securitization transactions, both publicly offered and privately placed, as well as other receivables-based facilities, representing underwriters, issuers, originators, servicers, sellers, purchasers, borrowers and lenders, in all aspects of their asset-backed transactions.
