Thomas P. Stafford

Thomas Stafford is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) practice groups.  Mr. Stafford's practice focuses on the design, implementation, administration, and submission of qualified retirement plans.

• Correction of operational, plan document, and non-amender failures under IRS' EPCRS program
• Drafting and compliance responsibility over caseload of M&P and individually designed plans (ESOPs and DB)
• Coverage and nondiscrimination testing
• Preparation of new comparability and 414(s) demonstrations
• Presentation of in-house seminars regarding compliance testing and regulatory issues
