Tasha R. Kelley
Tasha Kelley is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology Law Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets and rights of publicity.
Ms. Kelley brings to Krieg DeVault over ten years of technical experience working with several Fortune 500 companies. Her background includes powdered metals, magnetic materials, energy storage systems, electro-magnetic rotating machines and ignition system components.
Additionally, Ms. Kelley gained vast experience coordinating system and product development of electrical and mechanical components for electrical vehicle battery packs with the Electrical Propulsion Group of General Motors – Advanced Technology Vehicles.
Representative Experience
- Prepared and prosecuted U.S. patent applications and provided coordination of corresponding international/foreign patent filing and prosecution
- Prepared patentability assessments for invention disclosures to evaluate patent coverage in selected technology area
- Assisted in preparing patent infringement opinions
