Paul J. Dunne

Paul Dunne is a member of the firm's Commercial and Real Estate Lending, Business, Financial Institutions, Creditors Rights' Public Finance, and Real Estate Practice Groups. He was previously a First Vice President with the law department of a regional bank holding company after it merged with and into JPMorgan Chase, serving primarily banking affiliates in Indiana. He has extensive experience in documenting and workout arrangements for commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, syndicated loans, leveraged acquisitions, letters of credit, real estate acquisition and construction loan financings, interest rate swap transactions and intercreditor arrangements.

Representative Experience

• Represented a variety of bank letter of credit issuers in connection with letters of credit for liquidity and credit enhancement of economic development revenue bonds
• Documented a variety of secured lenders in 6 figure leveraged stock and asset acquisitions
• Documented a number of leverage loan transactions in connection with New Market Tax Credit Financings
• Significant experience in documenting large secured asset based lending transactions
