Patrick A. Brennan

Patrick A. Brennan is a member of the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, Commercial Lending, Financial Institutions, and Business and Securities practice groups. Mr. Brennan devotes his practice to advising lenders, creditors, and other clients, and enforcing their rights, in connection with commercial lending, bankruptcy, real estate, and business litigation and transactions.

Representative Experience

• Pursue and protect creditors’ rights in collection and foreclosure litigation and appeals in state and federal courts in Indiana and Illinois
• Advise and represent lenders in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial lending transactions and credit restructurings or loan workouts
• Pursue and protect secured and unsecured creditors’ rights in chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, and appeals
• Advise and represent secured creditors and other clients in real estate, stock, and other asset leasing or sale transactions
• Advise and represent financial institutions and other clients in merger and acquisitions and other transactional and regulatory matters
