Mark R. Wenzel

Mark Wenzel concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial law and is Board Certified in the area of Business Bankruptcy by the
American Board of Certification. He is a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group and is also a member of its Litigation, Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Groups. Mr. Wenzel has represented creditors, debtors and investors in creditor/debtor litigation and in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States.
