Mr. Huser is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology Law Practice Group where his practice primarily focuses on various aspects of patent law including patentability opinions, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, preparing and counseling regarding technology landscapes and counseling regarding freedom to practice, invalidity and design around of U.S. Patents. Mr. Huser's practice spans technologies such as medical devices and systems, medical devices and implants, orthopedic devices, surgical instruments, surgical techniques, surgical support equipment, pharmaceutical and antimicrobial compositions, pest control devices and systems, and pesticides and insecticides. Additionally, a portion of Mr. Huser's practice is devoted to licensing and technology-related agreements involving all areas of intellectual property.
