Kay Dee Baird

Kay Dee Baird is a member of the Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy, Business, and Litigation Practice Groups.   In the area of Creditor's Rights and Bankruptcy, Ms. Baird advises clients who are involved in creditor/debtor disputes. Ms. Baird primarily works with creditors, however, she advises both individual and institutional creditors. Ms. Baird also participates in creditor/debtor litigation and  bankruptcy cases. In the area of litigation, Ms. Baird assists clients in various types of civil litigation depending on the needs of the particular client. Ms. Baird has experience in this area due to her past employment with a commercial landlord that is known nationally. Ms. Baird's experience as a law clerk in the civil court arena also helps her assist clients. Additionally, Ms. Baird also gained significant experience while working as a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault in the Summer of 2008.

• Assisted in the representation of various regional banking institutions in order to help resolve creditor/debtor disputes
• Assisted in the representation of a diversified manufacturing company to help resolve collection matters
• Assisted in the representation of various small businesses within the city to settle small claims court matters
