• Implement the operating policies and procedures for the litigation support department
• Test and purchase software for the collection, preservation and processing of electronic discovery
• Oversee electronic evidence databases'
• Trouble-shoot issues regarding problems with electronic data and information systems
• Provide technical support and training for paralegals and attorneys with regard to electronic evidence and technology issues
• Handle in-house processing of electronic evidence and oversee the processing of electronic evidence via third-party vendors
• Advise clients regarding the preservation and collection of electronic evidence
• Advise attorneys concerning clients’ computer systems to prepare for “meet and confer”
• Create exhibits and presentations for attorney use at trial
• Provide technical support at depositions, arbitrations, court hearings and trials
• When attending trials, administer presentations and electronic data
• Manage electronic productions
