Clifford W. Browning


Cliff Browning is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Technology and Litigation Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on patents, trademarks and copyrights.  Mr. Browning was born in Paris, Illinois.  While attending law school at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, he served as the  Editor-in-Chief of the INDIANA LAW REVIEW.  After law school, Mr. Browning served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James E. Noland, Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, before being employed as an associate trial lawyer with Krieg DeVault LLP from January 1980 to December 1984.  Before rejoining Krieg DeVault LLP as a partner in March 2006, Mr. Browning practiced patent, trademark and copyright law for more than 21 years with a prominent intellectual property law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana.
