Charles F. MacKelvie

Charles MacKelvie is a member of the firm's Health Care practice group. Mr. MacKelvie has more than 37 years of experience as a healthcare and business attorney. He has vast legal experience in Medicare and Medicaid payment issues and has argued more than 300 cases before the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Provider Reimbursement Review Board. In addition, Charles has been general and special counsel to a variety of hospitals, health systems, home health organizations, long-term care facilities, and physician groups. Moreover, he advises clients concerning mergers, acquisitions, corporate taxation, and not-for-profit taxation. Mr. MacKelvie is a national speaker, teacher and author on the legal and financial issues that impact hospitals, healthcare systems, home health organizations, and alternate delivery systems.
