Cathi M. Snapp

Cathi Snapp is a member of the firm’s Health Care and Litigation Practice Groups. She assists in the defense of nursing homes, medical facilities, and other healthcare providers in medical and professional malpractice matters. Ms. Snapp's experience spans 25 years as a litigation paralegal, with approximately 10 years of that experience being in the medical malpractice field. Prior to coming to Krieg DeVault, Ms. Snapp has worked at large, national law firms in Denver (Brownstein, Hyatt & Farber) and Indianapolis (Frost Brown Todd) in the areas of complex commercial litigation and products liability defense.

Representative Experience

• Requests, reviews, organizes, and downloads voluminous medical records relating to firm's malpractice cases
• Prepares medical chronologies, initial discovery requests, and discovery responses
• Assists in deposition preparation, witness interviews, and Submission preparation
• Maintains regular contact with client representatives, medical providers, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts
