Catherine E. Sabatine

Cate Sabatine is a member of the firm's Litigation and Business Practice Groups. In the area of litigation, Ms. Sabatine primarily participates in commercial, health care and intellectual property cases. In the area of business, Ms. Sabatine primarily assists various forms of business organizations with everyday operations and transactions. Ms. Sabatine gained experience in this area during her past employment as a clerk in the Office of General Counsel at the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and as the Business Manager of a National Trade Association. Ms. Sabatine also gained significant experience while working as a Summer Associate with Krieg DeVault in the summer of 2010.

Representative Experience

• Assisted in a municipal reorganization and merger in Indiana under new statute
• Assisted with conducting a review and analysis of the Health Care Reform laws to create a database summarizing all sections of the laws
• Assisted in advising health care providers on various issues regarding State and Federal health care agencies
• Assisted in advising businesses at all stages of operation, including organization, dissolution, structuring and transactions
