Bryan S. Strawbridge

Associate

A member of the Firm’s litigation practice group, Bryan Strawbridge has a diverse practice focused primarily in the areas of product liability defense, white collar crime, and commercial litigation. He has been involved with complex commercial litigation matters for financial institutions, closely held entities, publicly traded corporations, and devotes a significant part of his practice to the defense of national manufacturers in product liability cases relating to the manufacturing, automotive, construction, and asbestos industries. Mr. Strawbridge also has jury trial experience.

Additionally, Mr. Strawbridge practices in white collar criminal defense representing individuals and corporate clients threatened or charged with state and federal white collar offenses including matters alleging antitrust violations, conspiracy, corporate criminal conduct, false statements to federal agencies, drug offenses, mail and wire fraud, obstruction of justice, perjury, as well as fraud.

Representative Experience

  • Second chair in successful 3-day jury trial representing commercial real estate developer relating to timber destruction
  • Counsel of record for defendant in consolidated docket of federal class actions alleging antitrust violations for price fixing in ready-mix concrete industry
  • Advises clients in responding to federal subpoenas and investigations by FBI, DEA, DOJ Antritrust Division, and U.S. Attorneys' offices
  • Counsel of record in wrongful death product liability action for international tire manufacturer
  • Counsel of record in copyright infringement action for architectural renderings used in construction of a bank branch 
  • Assists as counsel in construction dispute over work-stoppage related claims for municipal landowner
  • Regularly represents clients in prosecuting and defending small claims actions
