Anne M. O'Brien

Ms. O'Brien is a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and concentrates her practice in the area of Pharmacy Law.

Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. O'Brien was employed with Smith Rickert & Smith of Downers Grove, Illinois where she advised pharmacists, pharmacies, wholesale distributors and manufacturers regarding regulatory compliance, change of ownership and change of location issues.  Additionally, she represented pharmacists, practitioners, nursing homes and other entities in civil and administrative venues, including discipline and licensure matters, actions to recover and terminate, petition for reinstatement of eligibility to participate in Medicare, and defense of medical negligence claims.
