Julia Carpenter is a member of the firm's Commercial and Real Estate Lending Practice Group. Her practice is devoted primarily to commercial lending, banking, real estate, corporate finance, and general corporate matters. She has over 20 years-worth of experience in commercial lending transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, construction lending, letters of credit, leveraged acquisitions, real estate financings, subordinated financings, and ESOP transactions which require financing. During her tenure at Krieg DeVault, Ms. Carpenter has served on the firm's Marketing Committee, House Committee, and a variety of ad hoc committees.
