Adam R. Watowicz joins Krieg DeVault's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that attorney Adam R. Watowicz has joined the Firm’s as an Associate. Mr. Watowicz is a member of the Firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group.
He focuses his practice on counseling clients in the areas of health and welfare plans, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans including Internal Revenue Code Section 401(a), 403(b), 457(b) and 457(f) plans, wellness programs, COBRA, deferred compensation, and executive compensation. Mr. Watowicz also has experience in compliance with personal tax, fringe benefits, UBIT, EPCRS, FICA, PHSA, and ACA requirements.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Watowicz served as an Employee Benefits & Tax Moritz Fellow Attorney at The Ohio State University Office of Legal Affairs. Mr. Watowicz is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in Columbus, Ohio.
