Shannon Noder joins Krieg DeVault's Merrillville Office; adds to Firm's Litigation and Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practices

Krieg DeVault is pleased to announce that attorney Shannon L. Noder has joined the Firm’s Merrillville, Indiana office. Ms. Noder is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Groups. She will focus her practice on a wide variety of legal issues including the defense of hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases and other litigation matters, as well as protecting creditors’ rights in collection, foreclosure, and bankruptcy litigation.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Noder was an Associate at Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP where she was a member of the Commercial Services Group. While there, she represented numerous financial institutions in residential mortgage foreclosure and bankruptcy cases and represented a variety of medical providers, financial institutions, and educational institutions in collections related matters.
Ms. Noder is active in the legal community as a member of the Indiana State, Illinois State, Lake County, and American Bar Associations. Ms. Noder is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan.
