Scott S. Morrisson appointed as the Southern and Northern District of Indiana Federal Court Liaison to the Seventh Circuit Bar Association

The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Scott S. Morrisson has been appointed as the Southern and Northern District of Indiana Federal Court Liaison to the Seventh Circuit Bar Association.
The Seventh Circuit Bar Association, with over 1,600 members, is the official liaison between practicing lawyers and the federal court judges within the Seventh Circuit. Membership is open to all lawyers who practice in the Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana federal courts. Scott Morrisson's main area of practice is civil litigation and litigation analysis involving a wide range of civil litigation matters. Particular areas of focus include employment, insurance, business, corporate, construction, trademark, tort, and ESOP litigation. Mr. Morrisson's practice also focuses on arbitration and mediation. Mr. Morrisson has served as lead counsel on numerous jury trials, bench trials, preliminary injunction hearings, court hearings, and arbitrations in state and federal courts of Indiana and throughout the country. Mr. Morrisson also frequently represents individuals and employers in negotiating, drafting, and evaluating Employment, Non-Compete, and related agreements. Mr. Morrisson served as the Litigation Practice Group Chair for Krieg DeVault from 2007 to 2012.
