The Litigation Practice Group is staffed by seasoned trial attorneys whose background and experience cover all the major practice areas in the firm. We represent local, regional, national and international companies and individuals in litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Similarly, we assist clients in dealing with various federal, state and local administrative agencies, including representing clients before administrative tribunals. Members of the Litigation Practice Group are experienced in handling arbitration and mediation proceedings. Several members are also trained arbitrators and mediators.

The members of the Litigation Practice Group are experienced in handling complex and sophisticated litigation, as well as cases that are smaller in scope. We work closely with our clients to determine the most practical and economically-feasible method of resolving disputes, consistent with the clients’ business goals. The Litigation Practice Group also has extensive experience in the area of appellatepractice and procedure. Our attorneys have represented clients before state andfederal courts of appeal, including the U.S. Supreme Court. The scope of issuesaddressed include appellate review of decisions of various state and federal agencies,dispositive rulings entered by trial courts, the grant or denial of injunctive relief, Daubert motions, and jury trial verdicts.
