Krieg DeVault LLP Announces New Partner Linda Nichols Kenny

Indianapolis, Indiana - The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Linda Nichols Kenny has joined the firm as Partner.

Ms. Kenny is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. She will concentrate her practice in the areas of employee benefits and ERISA Law. Ms. Kenny received her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1984, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree with high distinction in 1981 from Valparaiso University.

Throughout her career, Kenny has advised numerous clients on the design of qualified retirement plans including sophisticated cross-tested, age-weighted, and integrated plans, as well as defined benefit plans. She has also worked with employers in resolving many retirement plan compliance issues including representation before the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service. In addition to her law career, Kenny has also served as an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where she designed and taught a course in ERISA Retirement Plans. Prior to joining Krieg DeVault LLP, Ms. Kenny worked for the past nine years at Bingham McHale LLP in Indianapolis.
