Krieg DeVault LLP Announces Partnership of Stephan H. Geisler

Indianapolis, Indiana - Stephan H. Geisler has been named a partner in the law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP.

Mr. Geisler is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received both his law degree and Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University. Mr. Geisler concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and securities law. Following stops with a Wall Street law firm and the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Geisler joined Krieg DeVault as an associate in 2001. Since graduating from law school in 1987, he has represented banks, corporations, domestic and foreign governments, government agencies and crown corporations in a broad range of transactions including public-private partnerships, supplier arrangements, foreign debt restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate, bank-exempt and cross-border securities offerings. Mr. Geisler also represents start-up corporations in a wide variety of matters. In addition, Mr. Geisler has extensive experience in government contracts from bid to project completion, including contract terminations for convenience and default. Mr. Geisler resides in Carmel, Indiana.
