Krieg DeVault LLP Announces Clifford W. Browning becomes Editor-in-Chief of The Trademark Reporter®

Editor-in-Chief of The Trademark Reporter®, which is the official legal journal of the International Trademark Association.

The Trademark Reporter® publishes scholarly articles that explore all aspects of trademark law and practice. It is published six times a year. The International Trademark Association is a not-for-profit membership association of more than 5,000 trademark owners and professionals from more than 190 countries that is dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property as necessary elements of fair and effective national and international commerce. Mr. Browning was born in Paris, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering, with distinction, in 1972 from Purdue University. In 1978, Mr. Browning received a J.D. Degree from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana Law Review from 1977 to 1978 Mr. Browning also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James E. Noland, Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, from 1978 to 1980. Mr. Browning was an associate trial lawyer with Krieg DeVault LLP from 1980 to 1984. Before rejoining Krieg DeVault LLP in 2006, Mr. Browning practiced patent and trademark law for more than 21 years with a prominent patent and trademark law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana.
