Krieg DeVault LLP Announces Karen B. Woods, David E. Corbitt, and Charles S. Coleman as Service Group Chairs within the firm's Business Practice Group

Indianapolis, IN - Indianapolis based corporate law firm Krieg DeVault LLP has named Karen B. Woods, David E. Corbitt, and Charles S. Coleman as Service Group Chairs under the umbrella of the firm's Business Practice Group.

These service groups have been created so that Krieg DeVault can offer a more strategic focus to the services provided to current and potential clients. This will also assist the firm in targeting areas of growth within each industry.

Partner Karen B. Woods will chair the "State and Federal Securities Compliance and Services" group. The focus of this service group will be to assure superior training for those persons who work in this highly technical and high liability area, to coordinate the services provided to the firm's publicly-traded clients, and to offer the firm's significant depth and experience in securities matters to other publicly traded companies.

Partner David E. Corbitt will chair the "Closely and Privately Held Businesses" group. The mission of this group is to enhance the services to the firm's closely-held clients including some of Indiana's and the region's larger closely held companies.

Partner Charles S. Coleman will chair the "Corporate Finance Services" group. The mission of this group is to serve the needs of clients that need to raise debt or equity capital or take advantage of economic or tax incentive programs.
