Indianapolis, Indiana - The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP, Indianapolis, Indiana, is pleased to announce that partner Frank A. Hoffman has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Indiana Coalition on Housing and Homeless Issues in 2008.

The Indiana Coalition on Housing and Homeless Issues (ICHHI) is a statewide non-partisan membership-based organization that believes everyone in Indiana deserves safe, decent, affordable housing; employment; income; and resources for self-sufficiency. ICHHI is committed to using a holistic grass roots approach to building stronger individuals, families, and communities through planning, research, education, and advocacy. Through these methods, ICHHI has been effective at promoting progressive public policies in Indiana.

A graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, Mr. Hoffman concentrates his practice in real estate, economic development and emerging businesses. Mr. Hoffman has extensive experience in security regulatory matters, corporate finance and general tax planning. His transaction experience includes (i) real estate and business acquisitions, (ii) structured financing for emerging businesses using federal new markets tax credits and other state and local incentives, (iii) structured financing for affordable housing using low income housing tax credits and other state and local incentives.

Mr. Hoffman resides in Zionsville, Indiana.
