Krieg DeVault LLP Appoints Sharon B. Hearn as Chairperson of Employee Benefits Practice Group

Indianapolis, Indiana – The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP, Indianapolis, Indiana, is pleased to announce that Sharon B. Hearn has been appointed to serve as Chairperson of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group.
Ms. Hearn graduated from Indiana State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, magna cum laude. She received her J.D. cum laude, in 1984, from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis where she served as Executive Editor of the Indiana Law Review. Ms. Hearn was admitted to the Indiana bar in 1984 and is a member of the American, Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Indiana Benefits Conference and The ESOP Association. She serves on the Legislative and Regulatory Advisory Committee of the ESOP Association and as Vice President of the Indiana Chapter. She dedicates her practice to advising clients on employee benefit matters with an emphasis on qualified defined contribution plans, executive compensation and employee stock ownership plan matters. Ms. Hearn resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Krieg DeVault's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group assists clients in the design and implementation of ESOPs, cash balance plans, safe harbor 401(k) plans, equity and non-equity-based plans, incentive compensation programs and “top-hat” plans for executives.
