Krieg DeVault LLP Announces New Partner Arthur J. Usher IV

Indianapolis, Indiana - The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that 
Arthur J. Usher IV has joined the firm as a Partner.   

Born in Van Nuys, California, A.J. Usher graduated cum laude with a B.S. in physics with minors in applied optics and solid state physics/material science in 1991 from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana.  He received an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of California in 1992 and did further graduate work at the University of Michigan and Purdue University.  Mr. Usher received his law degree, magna cum laude, in 1997 from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Associate Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies.  He is a member of the Firm's Intellectual Property & Technology and Litigation Practice Groups.  Mr. Usher concentrates his practice in the areas of patent prosecution, patent opinion work and intellectual property litigation. 

Mr. Usher resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.
