Established Local Land Use Planner Joins Krieg DeVault

Carmel, Indiana - The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that
Kevin G. Buchheit will join the firm as a land use planner and zoning consultant.   

Mr. Buchheit will join the Hamilton County office of Krieg DeVault on Monday, October 9, 2006.  Mr. Buchheit’s primary responsibility will be to serve the needs of the firm’s real estate, health care and business clients, primarily in the area of zoning and planning.

Mr. Buchheit most recently served as the Director of Community Development for the Town of Westfield, Indiana.  Mr. Buchheit previously served as Senior Planner for Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas; as Planning Director for Monroe County, Indiana; as Long Range Planning Director for the City of Franklin, Tennessee; and as Principal Planner for the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development.  

Mr. Buchheit graduated with a B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies in 1982 from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.  He received an M.S. in Planning from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville in 1986.
