Kevin J. Huser has joined the firm as an Associate.   

Mr. Huser graduated from Butler University in 2003, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry while focusing on the areas of organic and medicinal chemistry.  Mr. Huser received his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2006.  Mr. Huser focuses his practice in the area of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and litigation corresponding thereto.  Mr. Huser is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is regularly involved in the patent application and prosecution process.  

Mr. Huser resides on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana.
