Civic Leader and Former Chairman and CEO of Bank Calumet Cal Bellamy Joins the Law Firm of Krieg DeVault LLP

Indianapolis, IN – The law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP is pleased to announce that Calvin Bellamy, the long-time Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bank Calumet, will join the firm as a partner. 

Mr. Bellamy, who is a licensed attorney in both Indiana and Illinois, will join the Hammond office of the firm on August 1, 2006.  Mr. Bellamy’s primary responsibility will be to assist the firm in continuing its growth in terms of clients and attorneys in Northwest Indiana.  He also will devote time to practicing law and will be a member of the firm’s Estate Planning, Financial Institutions and Business Practice Groups.

Mr. Bellamy received a Bachelor of Arts degree with highest distinction from Indiana University and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
