Compensation

Summer Associates: Our 2008 summer associates will receive a salary of $1,600 per week, plus paid parking.

Full-Time Associate Attorneys: New law school graduates joining the firm in 2008 will receive starting annual compensation of $100,000 (starting annual salary of $95,000 and starting bonus of $5,000 payable in 2 components).

Bonus: We have a merit bonus and a production bonus available to associate attorneys. Under the guidelines of the bonus program, in their first full year, an associate could earn in excess of $10,000, assuming all qualification requirements are satisfied.
