Attorney Positions

Krieg DeVault LLP seeks a registered patent attorney with 2-5 years experience.  All technical backgrounds will be considered for our rapidly expanding practice, with preference for the mechanical and electrical arts.  The position will involve prosecution, litigation, and client counseling in a variety of patent, trademark, and copyright matters.  Successful candidates must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, must have an excellent academic record, must exhibit outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and must be proficient in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.  Competitive salary and benefits package provided.
