Ms. Wright represents multi-national and Fortune 500 companies as well as mid-west based businesses involved in complex litigation, products liability concerns and toxic tort litigation.  She focuses on CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, EPCRA, TSCA,  and OSHA matters from both a compliance and litigation perspective.  She often assists clients in the environmental aspects of business transactions and compliance/enforcement proceedings.

Ms. Wright works proactively with companies handling their contract matters in addition to handling their general business needs, product/safety issues, environmental health and safety compliance matters and litigation needs.  Ms. Wright serves as general counsel for a national transportation company.

Ms. Wright has handled a variety of matters including product recalls, legacy contract right disputes, Brownfields Redevelopment concerns, and a myriad of toxic exposure cases.  She has represented clients in self-disclosures and compliance proceedings before Federal and State agencies.  Ms. Wright has administered a Superfund trust fund and done administrative liaison work for a federal court.  She has worked on cases in various state, federal and international settings and courts as well as with state and federal agencies.  Ms. Wright has coordinated and effectuated the obtaining, transferring and compliance as to environmental aspects of several infrastructure transactions (from public to private sector).     

Ms. Wright is often asked to negotiate complex contracts, address professional responsibility concerns and resolve disputes through consensus-building.  Ms. Wright chairs the firm's Professional Standards Committee.
