Mr. Schein concentrates his practice in construction law, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Schein has been involved in a wide range of representation of owners and contractors in construction projects, including complex litigation matters, mechanic's lien cases and public project claim cases. Mr. Schein counsels contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in matters and issues relating to construction projects, with particular emphasis in contract dispute resolution and litigation matters. Mr. Schein also assists clients in drafting and negotiating construction and commercial contracts. Mr. Schein has further represented creditors and investors in creditor/debtor litigation and in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States.
