Mr. Greising is a graduate of DePauw University, Washington University School of Law and Washington University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Greising devotes his practice primarily to general corporate, corporate finance and technology areas. He is actively involved in the firm's efforts to serve family-owned and closely-held businesses as well as entrepreneurial and development stage companies.  These efforts include corporate governance and shareholder relationships.  Mr. Greising also works with larger, diversified companies in various industries including technology, manufacturing, and financial services who have operated both domestically and overseas.  He has also worked closely with not-for-profit entities on corporate governance and for-profit business initiatives.  He has been the lead attorney in numerous transactions involving the purchase or sale of many types of business, including software companies and the licensing of software products.  Mr. Greising has also been the lead on joint ventures in the financial services industry and the oil blending business, and on outsourcing projects involving governmental services and information technology.  Mr. Greising has advised many start-up businesses, including those utilizing venture capital.  He has participated in numerous merger and acquisition transactions, represented lenders in secured loan transactions, and served as advisor in the sale of numerous publicly and privately-held corporations.
