Mr. Chulos devotes his practice primarily to general corporate, financial institutions, merger/acquisition and securities law matters. Mr. Chulos has structured, negotiated and completed numerous merger, acquisition and sale transactions involving public companies, financial institutions, closely-held corporations, hospitals and physician practices. Mr. Chulos devotes a substantial portion of his time to working with businesses and financial institutions in virtually every facet of corporate and regulatory representation.  He also represents clients in loan workouts and credit restructurings, as well as in real estate matters.  Mr. Chulos has listed securities on and is knowledgeable in the various rules and requirements of the New York Stock Exchange, Nasdaq and the American Stock Exchange.
