A member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Hittle is a graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Hittle's practice encompasses business, corporate and banking litigation. His experience includes the defense of banks and bank personnel in general banking matters; defense of product liability cases primarily related to the petroleum industry; and general corporate matters. Mr. Hittle has also represented clients in sports and entertainment law matters. He is currently serving on the Board of Governors of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association and is the past Chairman of the Indianapolis Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Section. He is a member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel for the Indianapolis Indians, Inc.  Mr. Hittle is also on the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
