A graduate of
Purdue University and Indiana University School of Law, where he was the editor-in-chief of the Indiana Law Review (1980-81), Mr. Wenzel concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, real estate and commercial law. He is a member of the firm's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group, and is also a member of its Litigation and Business Practice Groups. Mr. Wenzel has represented creditors, debtors and investors in creditor/debtor litigation and in bankruptcy cases throughout the
United States . He is admitted to practice in
Indiana state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
