Linda Nichols Kenny's areas of practice include employee benefits and ERISA. She is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. Ms. Kenny attended Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis , where she graduated in 1984, magna cum laude . She earned her undergraduate degree with high distinction in 1981 from Valparaiso University . She was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1984.

Throughout her career, Kenny has advised numerous clients on the design of qualified retirement plans, including sophisticated cross-tested, age-weighted and integrated plans, as well as defined benefit plans.  She has also worked with employers in resolving many retirement plan compliance issues including representation before the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service. Kenny has also attended and lobbied at IRS hearings in Washington , D.C. , regarding proposed leased employee regulations, which included the preparation of testimony involving the treatment of contract truck drivers as independent contractors. In addition to her law career, Kenny was an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis , where she designed and taught a course in ERISA Retirement Plans.
